My Next Step

Hey everyone! I have GREAT NEWS! First I want to say once again, I cannot express enough thankfulness for all the support you have given me to go on the World Race. It has been such an amazing experience to serve God and see Him move during this past year. Ironically this trip I went on to “impact the world” has very well impacted me. Since the start of 2017 I have felt a calling into leadership. It was something that scared me, yet since it wasn’ put on my heart I decided to pray about it. Amazingly enough God laid multiple leadership opportunities in front of me right away. For instance our squad traveled to South Africa for a week long Awakening Conference with 2 other World Race squads. I was put in place to be one of 4 people to lead 150+ in evangelism. As we entered into Cambodia I was asked to be a team leader. Now here I am, leading my wonderful team of 5 God fearing women! I have been prayerfully looking into a leadership program called CGA for about 4 months. “Center for Global Action” is a program that will continue my journey of impacting others and being impacted as well. CGA has a vision to build up leaders through discipleship. I would live in a community of 25 World Race Alumni who are all striving to take a step further into godly leadership that they can run with for the rest of their life. We basically are taking the year of missions that we did abroad and bringing it home. Our heart is to take what we have been living with and use them back in our normal pace settings and run with a heart of a mission lifestyle. Having the community as World Race Alumni is also a great environment to debrief and process the previous year of constant travel, missions and challenges. My vision with this call into leadership is to further my relationship with Christ, increase my growth as a young woman of God, and to pursue this passion of missions and see what career it will lead me to. CGA will include housing with the rest of my community. I will have studies, ministry throughout the communities, and I will also be able to work a job and minister to my co-workers. My great news is that after months of constant prayer I have applied to CGA and I HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED! I will be starting the program on May 19 in Gainesville, Georgia and will stay there for the summer to serve and study. Similar to how I couldn’t do the World Race without your support, I cannot do CGA without your support. I humbly ask that you would continue to support me through prayers as I am still on the field and am striving towards my next step that I believe God has for me. I am also in need of financial support. I humbly ask that you prayerfully consider to financially support me in this program. Again, thank you all for lovingly supporting me for all of this time.
